What is Life Coaching for women from my perspective?
Life coaching is helping women get to that place in their lives where “pure confidence” is second nature. It’s about living your dream, setting boundaries, reaching your goals, and knowing when to call it quits in relationships. It’s simply about transforming into feeling strong, energetic, spiritual, and having a zest for life!
In order to get 'what a girl wants', I will teach you to become passionate about fully living reality vs. feeling overwhelmed within your surroundings. As an Empowerment Coach, I will help you reconnect with yourself.
